Announce caller name

My I phone 4 S does not announce caller names when someone calls who is in my contact list. This is annoying. Is there any way to do so?

Mine did the same thing after an update, I had to call Verizon and they had me do something like *228 to update the phone and it worked.

hi and thanks for your response but, that doesn't seem to solve the problem... the phone just doesn't seem to have the caller name announcement feature... is there an APP for this?
