Spanish iPhone 4: unlock?

Guys, finally I have the iPhone in my own hands.
I've used Tinyumbrella, and that's the result

So, what can I do now? Is the phone unlockable?
I do not want to make a mistake (especially I'm scared that the phone will update, like I red somewhere) so I'm waiting for an opinion...

You will need to buy a Gevey Ultra sim, as the 04.10.01 baseband is only unlockable via hardware. You will also need to update your firmware. If you have your 5.0.1 SHSH saved you can create a custom 5.0.1 firmware to update with and use an untethered jailbreak. If you don't have your 5.0.1 SHSH you will need to update to a custom 5.1 firmware and run a tethered jailbreak for now.

Whatever you do make SURE you update with a custom firmware otherwise your baseband will be updated and it will no longer be unlockable.

Yes barto... that is the correct Sim for your Baseband.

yep, 'cause Jmills87 said that I need to update to iOS 5.1 and do a tethered jailbreak...
Actually for now I don't have an italian SIM to use with it (if you recall I will go to Spain only in september) so I don't need the unlock for now... I just want to jailbreak it and use it as an iPod, but I do not want to make a mistake and preclude me the possibility of an unlock in the future...
Can you link me a guide to do that? I'm searching on iClarified but, again, I'm not sure of what to do 'cause I'm a total noob...

Ahhh ok. Unfortunately... which ever route you want to take, staying @ 4.3.5 or updating to 5.1.. it's a TETHERED JB either way. :-(

Ok... so what do you suggest? I think Jmills87 solution was the best, so I should update to iOS 5.1 and preserve my baseband, right?
Is it correct that I have to follow these two guides, one after another?

I would suggest updating to iOS 5.1 and preserving your BB, like Jmills suggested. Let me take a look at the links and I'll let you know here shortly.

Ok... the first link is good. The second, however, is for Jailbreaking w/ iOS 5.0.1. Here's the link for JBing 5.1 on the PC. iClarified - iPhone - How to Jailbreak Your iPhone 4 Using RedSn0w (Windows) [5.1] As it says in Step 1... since you'll already be on iOS 5.1 you don't need to worry about downloading that IPSW again.
