Sound distorts & left speaker died

Was lisyenig to music on iphone4 thru built-in speakers. All at once the left speaker died and the sound got low and distorted.

To make a long story short, Verizon fixed this by sending a remote code to the phone!!!

I thought for sure the speakers blew when Ozzy played - LOL

Ahahah you are very funy. There is not left speaker on iphone my friend, it's a microphone on the left and a speaker on the right. And what kinda code apple remotely send you to make that microphone on the left which you call speaker start working or singing songs... heung

Go to setting> general> about and read out th informations you have there.
And how did u get apple send you a code to fix the defective speaker? Can you elaborate on that as well?
