I have Windows 7 SP1, iTunes 10.5.2 and iPhone 4S 5.0.1
I couldn't get my iPhone to sync with iTunes over wireless. However I logged onto my wireless access point (an Edimax EW-7228APn Wireless-N150) and set my configuration to disable WPS. Here's my router screen
Hope it helps someone. I need to leave iTunes running on my PC to sync, it doesn't work with iTunes closed. It also seems to work fine when not plugged into a power source for some reason.
