Window 7 and Iphone 4

First I am sorry if this is long.
I have windows 7 with ITunes loaded on it that I sync my phone with. I would like to know if I can sync a calendar from my windows computer to my IPhone? And is there anything else I can sync off my window computer to my Iphone 4.

My preference is to use Google Calendar and sync it to my Outlook calendar. This works great as it constantly updates the calendars from Outlook to the iPhone automatically and wirelessly. Been using that between my Windows desktop, Mac computers, iPhone for my wife and my Droid Incredible. Works like a charm and keeps my calendar current between all of my devices.
