Since this new JB is permanent, is the loss of warranty also permanent?

lol of course, you can just do a restore, or if you really want to wipe everything out go through settings and just erase all contents and settings, so youre good to go bro!, MAKE IT RAIN ON YOUR iDEVICE!

I would be carefull about hitting reset all cont. and setting if you have 4.0.1 or 4.0 if you didnt save shsh blobs, a jailbroken/unlocked iphone will be locked if you try to RESET and it will force you to upgrade to 4.1v

Yep, I just restored for the hell of it. Then did the jailbreak again. Smooth and simple
