The theme is called "Pages" it's in Cydia. The weather is "Uniaw5.0" from Modmyi website. The clock face was put on separately using a different clock.

They they are at least until I get my Jailbreak hack tonight to get a Tinkerbell Theme. It will be awesome (and I'll post pictures after//the wallpaper and lock will stay the same but the slider will change and say "come fly with me" and the battery meter when changing will say Powered by Pixie dust with gold glitter instead of green)......
