Yesterday we reported that Apple has added Beats Music as one of it's Apple apps to the "Download All" page when first opening the App Store. The Apple-owned headphone and music streaming company seems to have worked with Shazam, adding a "Listen In Beats Music" feature to the music-recognition app.
In the latest Shazam update, users can tag a song playing by allowing on iOS device to listen, using the microphone. Once the song is recognized, users have the ability to purchase the song via iTunes, listen to it in Spotify or Rdio, and now Shazam also allows listening to the song in Beats Music.
All of this makes sense, as Apple will be integrating Shazam into Siri via the iOS 8 update. To use the "Listen In Beats Music" feature in Shazam, users will need a Beats Music subscription or the 14-day free trial.
Shazam, along with the latest update, can be found in the App Store for the great price of FREE.
