Setting a time for notifications to go off

Hello all!!!

Is there a way to set my iphne 4s to go off and not go off?

For example: i got to sleep at 12am and dont wake up til 8am...how do i set my phone to stop ringing at 12am and dont stat notifying, hearing my calls, etc til 8am

Well, you could just put it on silent when you go to bed and turn the ringer back on when you wake up. Or put it in airplane mode when you go to bed so you won't get any notifications at all, and just turn it off when u wake up
