The best way is to get the photobucket app. Then upload and post the IMG link.

I got my unlock phone from Canadian Apple site, used the apple screen shot from i phone forum.

[size=+1]I use Flickr to post Screenshots to forums. You can upload by email or via the Flickr App. They have an option to grab the code to share. If you are Jailbroken, they have an App called Quickshotter. As soon as you take a Screenshot, it is uploaded to Quickshotter, and the [IMG] code is copied to your Clipboard. Hope this helped.
