How to make photo albums without syncing to computer

im going to be away from my computer for more than a few months and would like to know how I can create photo albums from my camera scroll,
if there is an app for that would be great,
I also need the app to be able up sort out video into the albums.

Get the app called video safe. Allows you to create albums for pics and vids and password protect them. Worth the $$$
