Saving Bought Cydia Apps when updating?

I currently have a AT&T 4G running iOS 4.3.3, I wanna update to the newest version but need to know how to back up all the items i've bought off Cydia?

The following backup programs are available in Cydia...

Xbackup
PkgBackup
AptBackup

With those you can save your Cydia apps and sources.

Cydia will also remember that you have paid for them and let you reinstall them for free anyway (unlike the app store on your phone!)
