After updating to 5.1 on my desk top is an icon for Safari Browser. Does this allow me to use my iPhone 4S as my Internet and help keep my megabytes down like the apps for BlackBerry. When I had my BlackBerry you could buy an application to use your BB as a modem and it reduced the size of the megabytes so carriers would not know you were using it as a modem. I do pay for the hot spot feature but just wondered if using this icon would help keep my data usage down so I don't have an overage on data. I here they limit you to 5GB on the hot spot data plan on Sprint. The app was Tether. It sent Internet through its service and reduced your data usage. Anyone know this answer?
