S.O.S. !!! Jailbroke iOS5 & now no functions

Help!!!

I followed the tutorial for jailbreaking iOS5 on my 3Gs and now after a reboot, I have no phone functions!!! I have a few icons at the top of the page, but no way to call/text. During the opening process of Cydia a message popped up, something to the effect that I was running out of storage space and it gave me the option of dealing with it, or returning later. I hit later and the phone finished prepping the Cydia files and that's when I lost everything. I rebooted again to no avail. I need this thing for work, help!!!!!!!

I just boot tethered and I came up with the same thing. Is there any way with redsn0w that I can go back to a default setting?

Might want to restore with the base Ios5 and start over again.

Will that erase everything? I've got pics of my 4 year old in the cockpit of a Gulfstream V (Price tag $80 Mil thank you very much) and a few other things. What about contacts?

Did you not back all that up to iTunes before attempting a jailbreak?

Is synching the same thing as backup? If so, I have everything.

Does it hook up to itunes at all? If so, just sync up with iphoto and transfer the pics. Same with contacts.

Yes if you can sync with iTunes, I'd try to backup my pics/data before I continued.

Right click on your device in Itunes....and do backup...then follow everyones elses suggestions.....lol

Well that's the most current version. If I'm not mistaken there is a way to get an untethered jailbreak with a 3GS due to the bootrom exploit.

Jmills87 can tell you more about that than I though. !

I can tell you this. Before going any further, try to back up your info and let us know how that goes !

Nothing extra to do with the jailbreak, if you have the old bootrom it will just be untethered right after you use redsn0w
