Restore jailbroken iPhone 5 after upgrade?

I hope I am posting this in the right area. I have an iPhone 5 that is running IOS 6.1 & it is jailbroken. I want to update to IOS 6.1.2 and re jailbreak. I have backed up my phone on iTunes. I know that after I update it will un-jailbreak my phone so when I go to restore my phone from iTunes after re-jailbreaking will it restore all the jailbreak tweaks I did or am I gonna have to re do all the tweaks?

The iTunes backup only stores backups for the stock applications, it does not back up anything in terms of jailbreaking. If you want to make your restore easier, use PKGBackup to back up all your Cydia repos and list of packages, then when you restore you can just redownload PKGBackup and restore all your tweaks and configs.
