Reception on my 6plus

I notice when I call on my 6 plus it's starting it would sound clear and in some cases it sounds like I'm taking to chipmunks I don't know why is it my carrier t-mobile? is it the phone? or is it because im jail broken ? Can someone help

I used a case for my iPhone 6 plus where the part that covered the screen was partly magnetic. When I was talking to somebody on the phone, I always heard a static noise. As soon as I replaced the case, it was gone. Maybe it's something similiar with your device. Mine is not jailbroken, btw.
