There's stranger chat or strangerchat on app store.
It's quite good but i must warn you that theres more men than women on there plus its quite buggy and crashes alot but is ok. The full version is a paid app.

No I don't use it. I pay for my apps. Developers deserve money for their hard work, just like anybody else.
