Problems with restoring.

I got a iPhone from a friend who didn't want it, the screen is pretty broken, and the lock button doesn't work. I was using it before, so I know it works. I made a dfu ispw for it, so I could jailbreak it, after a failed attempt at a semi-tether break, I got an error, and had to restart the processed. Now, I just want to restore it to 6.1.3 so I can sell it, but it won't fully restore. Thanks for the help.
