Cant restore in dfu mode

I put my iPhone 5 in dfu mode to restore it then update for iOS 7 and after a half hour if restoring it said failed to restore and gave a error code I didn't write it down. Any Idea of why or how I can restore it?

Without an error code, it's impossible to diagnose the issue.

Try turning you computer on and off it worked for me. I called apple support and just said it went off and won't come back on
