Power matt charger case and btstack

I Have found out that the power Matt charger case will not allow btstack to work. Let me explain if you power off the I phone then put on the charger case and power on the device. This will cause the iPhone's btstack says there is an internal error and it asks you to reinstall it. To fix this turn off the device and turn it back on then put the case on. I have a iPhone 3GS 5.0.1 jail broken on b3
