You don't. There is no iOS 7 jailbreak at this time. All you can do is wait until one is released.

Update: iOS 7.0 has been made final. All users that want to retain a jailbroken device SHOULD NOT upgrade to iOS 7 until a public jailbreak is released PARTICULARLY A5+ devices.
iOS 7.0-7.0.4 is safe to upgrade to if you're looking to jailbreak.
What is meant there is that if you're already on a version of iOS 7 it is safe to upgrade to a later version of iOS 7. However, if you have not yet upgraded to iOS 7 you should not upgrade.

Fortunately... anyone who frequents this Forum regularly will know when and if a Jailbreak is available for iOS 7+. Unfortunately... I believe you are misinterpreting the wording of the thread. For that, I do apologize.
The entire purpose of this thread is to keep the jailbroken status of devices up to,date. If you're strictly looking at the intro, then you're not looking through the rest of the sticky.
