Please HELP.

I have purchased the 4s only a week ago. The phone used to be on Telstra carrier , but now on pre paid Vodafone carrier. After setting up through I tunes phone was working fine up until 3 days ago, is started with whenever I was trying to make calls it would straight away call end and could not receive calls and txts yet I could still use the 3G network. I took into Vodafone and they connected to i tunes and it fixed the problem. Today problem is back and have tried the same option by connecting it to I tunes but no luck!! Please help. Thanks

Have you tried resetting all network settings?

Yes. Have just done another restore. Worked for about a hour and now back to same problem..?
