please i need your help, i cannot connect to the i tunes

the problem is i cannot connect my iphone to the itunes, this msg pop up, this iphone cannot be used because mobile device manger is not started..
i deleted the i tunes and all the programs which come with it like quick time and then i installed the latest version of i tunes but i got the same problem...

have you tried dfu mode? do a search on the forums on how to use dfu mode
