I have an iPhone 4 with the 5.0.1 firmware. This morning I Jailbroke my phone (teathered) using redsn0w. (I had to use the 5.0 firmware). All went well.. Its all installed & I was looking over Cyida on the phone. I decided to change my theme so I picked some black & white thing just to see how it looked. It installed & asked for a reboot. Now all I get is the Apple logo..

Thank You for and help/info,
Bear

Part of being tethered is knowing that every time you reboot (or power up the iPhone), you must do a reboot via your computer (and redsn0w). You have to do this step, else, as you've discovered, the phone won't boot and you'll see that Apple logo forever.

So, just open redsn0w and (1) Go to "Extras" > "Select IPSW," then select your 5.0 IPSW you've got saved; then (2) "Just Reboot." Then, you'll be fine. Again, the steps here must be done every time.

Good luck.

I tried 20 times with it teathered. Redsnow loads up & when it gets to the reboot part, nothing happens.. It just stops.

EDIT: The screen flickered white & then it says:
