It’s a tiny Jumping Spider. Very colourful one at that. These are smaller than the fingernail on my little finger.
Very neat little spiders. They can actually jump and that’s how they catch their pray. Flies are their primary food and this one is typical size. About the size of a fly.
 
The Royal Garrison Church, Portsmouth, United Kingdom was built in 1212 but destroyed by fire bombs on 10 January 1941, but the chancel survived. King Charles II married there in 1662.

The Royal Garrison Church is thought to have been built in 1212 by the Bishop of Winchester as part of a hospital and hostel.
