M planning to change motherboard of the pc which i sync my iphone wid. So will thr b any itune sync or itune library sync prob after changing the motherboard? Plzzzz help me out

Might be some troubles, since iTunes register to your old mother board and so securely detect and distinguish your computer from other computer. I'm not sure 100% about this though.

All your iTunes & backup information is stored on the hard drive... not the motherboard. As long as you're using the same HD you'll have no problems.
