Odds of apple sympathy?

Bought iPhone 4 six weeks ago to replace a waterlogged phone. Paid $199.

Now with new iPhone 5, I see they're selling iPhone 4 for $0.

Think I can find any sympathy from apple?

The press has been full of information regarding the new iPhone 5. Why did you not wait this is no different to buying a car tv or whatever when models change the older one drops in price. Personally I would have gone without or purchased a cheap handset until the new model was available then make your decision
