Are u able to access the phone now? If yes go to settings> general> about/ there you have all the info you need about the phone.
If you are not able to access the phone, i don't think that tinyUmbrella can read anything on the device while it will be in DFU mode. But you can try it to figure it out, that process of putting the phone into DFU mode and have it check by tinyUmbrella will not earase any information from the phone anyway.
If tinyUmbrella can't read out the information about the phone, And you are not able to access the phone at the moment, then you will have to connect it to itunes and let itunes upgrade or restore the latest iOS into the phone.

__BOB__ Thanks.
That is my problem, that I've no any backup (restore) information.
It seems to me restore process possible in case of creation of backup files....before,
...when I connect my not activated iphone to computer...itunes sees its and makes contact's synchronization and other nonsense....

no no, you don't need a backup before you can restore your phone using itunes, just connect your phone to itunes, when itunes recognize your phone, you will see an iphone icon display in the left panel in itunes, highlight the iphone icon and a page having your phone different information will comes up in itunes, tap the "summary" tap, scroll down to see "resrore" click on that restore and let itunes do the rest. It will maybe first of all download the latest iOS which is about 600MB and then install that iOS into your phone. So you will need a good internet connection for it.

I'll check this...may be it so...

**bab2010** my compliments!!!
Everything turned out well.
My fears about "not activated"...were exaggerated.
I upgraded the iphone to 4.3.3 05.16.02 and made standard unlocking....All works...GPS works too)))).
PS. I saved SHSH files for my iphone.
