i have an iphone 3gs that was jailbroke on ios 5.0, when 5.0.1 came out i wanted to update and after a while i updated it and had to jailbrake it again beacause i couldnt get past the setup because it is on modem firmware 06.15.00. After getting past the setup the phone was working but with no service, i manually patched ultrasn0w with iFile and iFunbox and when i tried to boot tethered it worked (went to the pineapple logo(redsn0w jailbrake)) but then it went straight back to needing boot tethered and kept going in this loop so i tried to restore it again and start over but after the restore process has finished my phone went into recovery mode.
Ive tried everything like putting it into pwnd DFU mode so it will take custom firmware but it gets error 1611 and then i tried just restoring it normally off itunes and does the same thing what shall i do?
