Here's what you could try:

Try resetting it: press and hold Home and power button until you see the Apple logo. Let go of both, it will power up on it's own.

Enable Airplane Mode and disable it again.

Remove the SIM card, then insert it again. Maybe this will fix your problem.

Have you tried going to a different location just in case you're in a low signal area?

Yes it's not that even in the about phone it doesn't show network or my number

In Settings - General - About, it should only show your carrier in Network.

You should see your number in Settings - Phone - My Number.

Is Automatic enabled in Settings - Carrier?
