Iphone 6 No service

A week ago i dropped my phone and when i turned it back on it just says no service. I can get signal but only in 1 tiny spot in my area and the connection is weak.

Ive tried everything to fix it - Reset all settings, Factory reset, Reset network settings.
I updated the IOS but still not a fix and the SIM is working in other phones fine.
I tried other sims in the phone but same problem.

Anyone any ideas? its strange that i can still get signal in some spots.

The drop could have damaged the antenna system, lowering its effectiveness. If you live close enough to an Apple Store, you could take it in for a Genius Bar appointment. They'd run a diagnostic which would find out what was causing the problem.
