Iphone 4G No service issue

Right i have a iphone 4g the problem is im getting no service but the phone pick's up that there is a sim in it, i have tried reset network setting, resetting the phone trying another sim, iv checked if the imei is blocked iv tried setting carrier manually and i get restricted network its got a new antenna replacement but still the same does anybody know why????

Was it previously unlocked? Did you perform a restore after?

Yer i think it was unlocked because it picks up other carriers wen goto settings and about it shows there tried a restore and still the same
