Dropbox is a good possibility. I have also used fototime. My favorite however has become "GOOGLE Photos", which I like because space is unlimited. I have so many photos, and can't bear to delete any. All you need is a gmail account and at least iOS 8, which I think is possible to install on your 4s.

It's an iPhone 4 with iOS 7.1.2 installed, the most recent software for this device.
