itunes photo sync help needed

i have my albums in seperate folders and sync'd to my itunes. howver, every single time i plug my phone in, itunes pops up and resyncs my photos. i even have the check box set to manually sync. this doesnt seem like a big deal, but i have 281 photos and it takes forever to sync and reoptimize.

im sure im missing a preference, i just dont know where.

On your iTunes in your computer uncheck all boxes down on the summary tab except for "sync only checked songs and videos" and "manually manage music and videos" then click the apply button to apply the change.

I can synchro my photos only in one PC, in other way was photos in iPhone deleted.
You must choose folders in iTunes to synchro with iPhone, then pictures in choosen folder were synchronized with iPhone..
