Network diagnostic tools?

Hello
Something is stopping my iPhone from connecting to the internet via my home WiFi connection.

My phone connects to my router and I get the WiFi icon. But that is it. It is not possible to actually connect to a website.

If I use 4G there is no problem.

What is the best network diagnostic tool you recommend i use to get to the bottom of this?

Hello

Yes - I have a bunch of devices connected via WiFi- no problem at all. The problem is confined to my iPhone.

I am stuck on how to fix this because I cannot get anywhere with the usual network tools such as trace route, ping - they just hang In WiFi mode. In 4G no problem.

Have you tried restarting your modem and router as well as your iPhone?
