Need to always allow iPhone app to communicate with my stereo.

Is there any way to stop this from prompting and just always allow? I am using this phone always with my car Pioneer unit and anytime I want to open any app through it, it prompts me if I want to allow.
My phone is a 4S on latest iOS which is alos Jailbroken.

Any advice?
