Need help with iphone 4

I reset my iphone 4 and restored it but for some reason my call and text sounds are not working wheb the phone rings yet i cab hear them play in the sound settings why is this happening and how do i fix this???

Did you restore to the latest iOS version via iTunes? If not... what method did you use?
