Need help with app

I have been using a US Bank app for a long time. I was using it on an iPhone 5, but earlier this month I upgraded my Verizon phone to the iPhone 6. I have since not been able to use the US Bank app. I've deleted it, reinstalled it, called US Bank and nothing has worked. I can't seem to get past the initial log in screen. I get an error "we can't verify your information at this time." US Bank confirmed my id was not locked and didn't know why the app would work on my old phone, my husbands android but doesn't work on my 6.

If anyone has any suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated.

Were your old iPhone 5 and your new iPhone 6 on the same iOS version?
 
Yes. Both are 8.1.3 System says up to date. My son us my old phone and he was able to download the app and can currently use it. We have different log in ID's so that isn't the issue.
 
I have no personal knowledge of this but am wondering if it is a fault in the app and not the phone. I looks like the app was updated on Dec. 4, 2014 and since then others are also complaining. Is you son on the same version of the bank app or is he using one prior to 12/4/14?
