Need Help with 4.2.9 untethered jail break

I need some help with my iphone.

Is there any jailbreaks out there that will jailbreak my iphone 4 (verizon) with 4.2.9? I need a untethered jailbreak only.

Will green poison or redsn0w work?

If so which versions and are they untethered?

How safe is the jailbreak?

No. If you don't have your shsh blobs then you have to use redsnow and the 4.2.9 ipsw for a tethered jailbreak
