Need an app to record phone calls on the phone

Hi, so I am trying to find this app for a friend of mine. She is a mother of two young girls.

Without going into too many details, she needs an app that is transparent, that is essentially always running, that will record the calls on her iphone.

Basically a stealth call recording app. (That you can't tell when it's running)

Is there such a thing?

By the way her lawyer recommended it. This is not illegal.

Such an app does not exist and likely never will. An app such as this, placed on an iPhone without the knowledge of the person using the phone is a form of spyware and such use would likely be illegal in most jurisdictions. Here at iPhone Forums we do not allow discussions on how to obtain and use spyware.
