Multiple IPhones on ITunes

I want to get my wife an IPhone 4. I already have one and I was wondering if the two will live together on ITunes? I know I can manage contacts and calendars seperately but how are apps handled? Does ITunes see them as 2 completely seperate devices?

Yes, your iTunes will see them as 2 different phones. If it will give you troubles, then just create a new computer user account to your wife, there you can install iTunes and voila.
