Motorola S10-HD - headset pairing problem w/ iphone 4

For some unknow reason my Motorola S10-HD - headset won't pair with my iphone 4. It did a month ago and not it won't. It turns on and off and has a full charge.

Any ideas? Thanks

How about reset your iphone ,and then try a again.... ?
