Looking for a full.body clear case that covers the screen also

Back when I had my 3s I had a case for it that I got from walmart. It was a clear two piece case that slide together and covered the screen also. It coated $30 or so. I am looking for the same case for my iPhone 5., all the full body cases I see have a cutout for the screen instead of a protector. Anyone know where I could find one? The case box was green I remember and 2 pieces slide together.

If anyone can help me find one that would be awesome .

THis was the case, IPHONE 3G SLIDER SHELL CLEAR CASE PN 02543 3GS

but I cannot find one for the iphone 5

I don't see that one. But Amazon has several clear cases for the 5. Here's one that looks nice.
