Logging out of imessage

If I log out of imessage or another chat platform on my iphone; will I receive a "settings notification " on my lock screen?

Not sure what you mean by a "Settings notification". Do you mean will you get a notification about you turning iMessage off? Also, why would you want to turn iMessage off?
