Today Apple published iPadOS/iOS 13.2.3 with bug fixes and performance improvements.
Apple released quite a few updates today:
iOS 12.4.4 for devices not running iOS or iPadOS 13
watchOS 6.1.1 and 5.3.4
macOS Catalina 10.15.2
Security updates for Mojave and High Sierra
Safari for macOS Catalina, Mojave and High Sierra
Latest OS versions
One more update:
Apple released HomePod OS 13.3.
iTunes for Windows 7 and later has been updated to 12.10.3, iCloud for Windows 7.16 is available for Windows 7 and later, and iCloud for Windows 10.9 is available for Windows 10.
A few software updates are available as of today:
iOS and iPadOS 13.3.1, as well as tvOS 13.3.1
HomePod OS 13.3.1

No issues with the latest IOS on the phones? I’m still two behind.
No issues here running 13.3.1 on my 11 Pro Max.
My iPhone XS Max is working without issues, also 13.3.1.
Good to hear. No battery issues? I’m using the SE phone.
Updated iPad Pro 11”, iPad Air2 to iPadOS13.3.1 and iPhone SE and iPhone XR to iOS13.3.1 yesterday and all running with no problems.

Glad I found this. For some reason, I no longer get update notifications on my MacBook Air. My mobile seems to take care of itself, though. It downloaded an update last night.
You can always do a manual check for updates on your MacBook Air.
