how where the 3D effects?

I am a huge Star Wars fan but I have absolutely no interest in seeing the prequels, the story as characters are very lack luster and have no depth.
Still pissed at Lucas for changing the first three movies yet again with the most recent release. But I have to say that the picture quality of episodes 4-6 is amazing on Bluray.
Most recent movies: Transformers 2, Across The Universe and Avatar.

Oh man I bet they are really nice looking ! I've seen them all and I agree the older trilogy was way better written and acted out. I gotta buy the new versions of new hope.. So on. I was watching phantom menace like where the hell is han solo ?? Heh
Oh , the effects were good ! Its not like avatar (almost all 3d). The space scenes are realy nice actually i thought. a couple of the last battles are pretty good.

The last movie I watched was Johnny English Reborn it was a best comedy movie and Rowan Atkinson was back in action.
