jailbreak iphone 4.0.2

Hello all! i am new to this iphone lark and always had a trusty old Nokia, i bought a brand new iphone 4 from Apple store, sim free but after looking on youtube etc to jailbreak it says on my phone 'version to new and need to downgrade' now i am not one for computers either so can anyone tell this dumb bloke the easy way to attempt this without problems, thanks will probably ask many more Q's as i go along. mark

jailbreak is only available for 4.0 or 4.01.

if you have 4.02 the you are out of luck as there is no jailbreak for this.

4.1 is supposed to come out today, and said to already have a jailbreak prepped and almost ready for release
