No pirate from this end. The guys work hard to develop the apps for us, least we can do is contribute.

None of the apps I download. They start them shut down completely. I have done the tethered boot all is well except this HELP PLEASE

Sounds like you boot the phone as semitether... I will try to boot the tether again with redsn0w and see what happen

Re-Boot tethered via RedSn0w. Should fix your problem.
are you seeing any white icons?

No white icons all seems well except apps from the jailbreak team
