How do you stop the iTunes store from emailing spam to the phone? And why do they keep doing it while I'm trying to sleep??? Wait, never mind why. Just, how do I stop it?

What spam. Sometimes announcements about new music etc but not spam.

I've never gotten spam or messages from iTunes, other than a receipt for a bought app. Are you signed up for Ping? That may be your source, but I'm just guessing.

I've never received any spam emails from itunes either.

When trying to set an appointment with apple store genius bar via internet, i input my email address and check on a box new by saying "agree to receive iTunes news etc..." So i'm receiving a lot of songs, movies, etc... news from apple. But this behavior can be change by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link within the email.
