Itunes question

I noticed after updating to the current itunes and IOS5 at the top of itunes where it shows backup progress when its done it no longer says OK TO DISCONECT anyone else notice this?

Maybe since the introduction of wireless sync they just did away with that message?

? How do u get the wirless sync to work both my laptop and iphone r on wifi and still cant get it to work

I did notice that, I thought that was weird that it didn't say that. I just hit eject.
